There are three total endings, before going into elevator, unlock the extinguisher cabinet to get crowbar. Light the candle and go to the 5th floor. Turn back around to face the elevator and wait till the light indicator is on the 4th one (the 4th floor), now use the crowbar on the elevator door. Climb ladder and out the trap door and you've escaped.
. The bad ending is when you light the candle and go in the elevator.
