Michael Jackson autopsy results will be released today June 26, 2009 and is expected by afternoon. People are already speculating over the results. They say Michael Jackson's heart attack was due to stress and pressure for his comeback concert. That he got addicted to a painkiller called Demerol and got overdose. We are still waiting for Michael Jackson Coroner's report as Michael Jackson's body got taken to the helicopter to the coroner's office. Here are more pictures of Michael Jackson's dead body.

well as far as i can tell Michael has over dosed on the drug Demerol ever since they found syringes and the drug Demerol at his Neverland Ranch it was a clear sign that he had been addicted and had been a user for sometime. An over dose of the pain medication usually used when a women is giving birth can have severe side effects when injected rather than taken in pill form. Also this drug taken with antidepressants will have other severe side effecs such as in this case cardiac arrest
