Since the release of Iphone 3.0 update today 1pm est, a lot of bugs that were expected has already happened. I decided to put a rundown of the bugs and hopefully fixes for these Iphone 3.0 update related errors.

iphone activation server is temporarily unavailable
This is a server-side issue, so there really isn't anything you can do besides waiting. Currently, there are a lot of people attempting to perform the activation which requires a 'green light' from an Apple server, and this server seems to not meet the demand. It's a shame that Apple did not prepare for the OS 3.0 launch properly - they knew there will be a lot of iPhone customers trying to upgrade right away and still failed to set aside enough computing power to perform activations.

How to send mms on iphone 3.0
To send MMS on the new Iphone OS
The new iphone O.S. seem to have a little problem. There is no option to send mms. When you open a picture, it also does not have the option to send it via text messaging. Here is how to do it. Check if MMS is enabled in Settings.app? If it is, you should see a camera icon next to the text input box in the Messages.app when composing. You can then just tap that to pick which picture you want to send.
This is also carrier dependent and you may need to reactivate your MMS settings.

Have you tried downloading something a few minutes ago, and I got the error code (-4). I later tried to download something else and got the same results. Most probably the site is swamped. This happens on special occasions such as holidays or in this case the release of Iphone 3.0.
itunes network connection timed out Please check if your Itunes version is current. Itunes website updates itself only for the newer versions. Internet Explorer users may also get trouble with this, so be sure you have your browser updated (IE7). It could also be the settings on your firewall or just heavy traffic on the site, in events like holidays or in this case the surge of visitors who have updated their iphone to 3.0 and are eagerly waiting to test the waters. This is most probably the reason, please wait some later time.

I have noticed a BIG problem. now maybe it's just me, but i never noticed this before.
when I have the iphone in my pocket while i'm walking and it moves to the next track (I'm pretty sure it just goes to the next one), and the shuffle symbol (the two intersecting arrows) comes on.
This has only happened since yesterday's update. Before this, I always kept it in my pocket and listened to music as I walked.
